Our Evaluation Process
Product Purchase
We purchase products from each vendor using standard customer accounts, not review or sample accounts. This ensures our experience mirrors that of a typical researcher.
Purity Verification
We review the COA documentation provided with each product. For select products, we commission independent analytical testing to verify vendor purity claims.
Experience Evaluation
We evaluate the complete customer journey: website usability, ordering process, communication, shipping speed, packaging quality, and product presentation.
Support Testing
We contact customer support with technical and general inquiries through available channels and evaluate response time, knowledge, and helpfulness.
Community Input
